RMA Policy (Retailers)




1. What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
The Retailer will assume all responsibility of returns and exchanges of Hyperkin products for their customers, according to each retailer’s respective policies. We do not issue credit for returned items unless the items are discontinued, otherwise items will be exchanged.


2. What are your RMA Procedures?


Note: To return item(s), the sender will cover the shipping costs of the return. Items for the RMA must be received by our Receiving Department in order for an exchange to be issued.


***The RMA will be processed up to 7 business days from the date it has been received by the RMA department. Once the return has been processed, Hyperkin will send out replacement item(s) on the next order.


***We do have an RMA program that offers free return labels for RMA forms that are turned in at specific times of the year. If interested, please contact Customer Support at support@hyperkin.com or speak with your Sales Representative.
