1. What is your policy on pricing?

All prices are subject to change. Hyperkin reserves the right to ship goods at the price in effect at the date of shipment. All prices are exclusive of taxes, transportation and insurance costs, which are to be borne by the buyer. Any current or future tax or governmental charge (or increase in same) affecting Hyperkin's costs of production, sale, or delivery or shipment, or which Hyperkin is otherwise required to pay or collect in connection with the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of goods, shall be for buyer's account.

We are able to accept only Paypal and Wire Transfers. Please refer to the information above for more information.


4. What if my payment is declined?
If credit card funds are not available at the time the product is ready to ship, we will notify you to secure payment. We will hold product for only 7 business days from our first notification. If we have not heard from you within 7 days, we will return product to stock.
